Nollywood Actress Jailed For Stealing IPhone and More(SEE)

Nollywood actress has embarrassed herself by stealing .

The 26-year-old Nollywood actress called Nancy Ndukwe of Jikwoyi, Abuja, was sentenced by Abuja Magistrates’ Court on September 6, 2013, Friday. She was convicted for two months of imprisonment for stealing an IPad, IPhone and more.



The prosecutor told the court that Nancy Ndukwe visited her friend Njoku on the above-mentioned date and stole her IPad, IPhone and jewellery, all valued at N190,000.

Cpl. Anigbo gave the value of each of the items as reported by the complainant: IPad – N100,000; IPhone – N50,000 and jewellery – N40,000.

The prosecutor informed that the police discovered all the stolen items in Nancy Ndukwe possession.



The convict pleaded guilty to the charge but begged the court for mercy.

“I stole the items due to frustration. I have a one-year-old son to cater for. I am sorry and I promise not to do such again,” Nancy Ndukwe confessed.

Mr. Celestine Odo, the Magistrate, sentenced the convict for two months imprisonment or an option of N6,000 fine.
