Sean Kingston and his bodyguard was reportedly to have gang r3ped a drunk teenager in the singer's hotel room back in 2010, according to a new lawsuit -- but Sean says it's B.S.
Carissa Capeloto -- now 22 -- claims she was forced to have $3x with Sean, his bodyguard and a member of Sean's band at a Seattle hotel in July, 2010, after she had smoked pot and downed 7-10 shots of vodka.
Capeloto -- who has sued all 3 men -- alleges she'd been invited to Kingston's hotel room for a meet-and-greet following a Bieber concert -- where Kingston had also performed -- but when she showed up ... Kingston was waiting naked on his bed.
A lady called Capeloto claims the sean kingston bodyguard forced her and placed her on top of Kingston, and all three of the men proceeded to gang r3pe her while she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent."
Capeloto says her friend later entered the room and rescued her. The police were called and Capeloto was taken to the hospital where she says she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.
The criminal charges against Kingston were dropped in 2010 after cops concluded Capeloto wasn't credible enough for a legit case.
Kingston has filed legal docs insisting the $3x was 100% consensual.
Trial is set for November.

Melvin and Beverly return to Nigeria(PHOTOS)
It was a crazy welcome for melvin and berverly at the international airport lagos,The Security men were shielding Melvin from fans AND family. Beverly was in tears reason i don't know. Melvin came out and a thousand and 1 people started singing 'Ruby Ruby Ruby Ruby'.
As soon as Melvin & Beverly were guided to their vehicle, the crowd mobbed Uti.
Beverly's mum pushed her way through the crowd & entered the same vehicle with Bev & Mel. Nobody could say shii, *lol*
from the look of these photos it appears melvin had more fans than beverly...
The crowd is pissed at IK, they can't stop blaming him,why blame IK?is Ik the controller of BBA,he was jiust the host nothing more,Nigerians should grow up and stop this blames.

Just after MTN gave him millions of naira to be among the telecommunication giant brand ambassador ,singer Iyanya is once again smiling to the bank again,after he was given $350,000 to be Zinox Computers brand ambassador for one year.
The kukere crooner IYANYA,song will upload all Iyanya's songs and videos to all their computers. Iyanya will also do a song for them and appear on Zinox billboards and TV commercials. Iyanya shows off some of the money online...see photo below,,
J.Martins Blasts Wizkid For His Arrogancy To His Loyal Fans (LOOK)
J.martins was on Hot Fm 98.3 Abuja reacted to Wizkid’s outburst after he (Wizkid) was told by a fan he needed to go back to school for his poor use of tenses.
J Martins on the show said ‘I’m not taking any side, don’t mean no beef, no disrespect, and no hate but let the truth be told. I don’t believe because you feel you have a few change you didn’t have a few years ago and which you cannot guarantee having in a few years to come then you wake up and look at those people who have cheered you up, loved you, supported your music, bought your CD’s, prayed for you, just because you can lay your hands on some phone and you call them ‘poor’. Am not in and will never be in support of anyone who has such bad attitude.
“It needs to be corrected, we owe our fans the duty of being good examples that’s why they hold us in high esteem, that’s why you are a role model and if you know you cannot be a good role model you have no business in Music. You don’t know if it’s that person that might help you tomorrow, whoever does that should be checked.
“You have to decide why you are in the music industry. If you know you cannot be a role model then you have no business being there”
Wizkid had written “Broke people always think they have an opinion” to a fan on his instagram page, after erroneously typing ‘i have an hangover’ just as he was about to perform at a wedding ceremony, leading to this fan to reply ‘you see why you have to go back to school’
Wizkid had been immediately immersed in retaliatory tweets from angry fans as soon the instagram exchange went viral. J.Martins is the first celebrity to make his comments on the issue.
