Nollywood Actress Jailed For Stealing IPhone and More(SEE)
The 26-year-old Nollywood actress called Nancy Ndukwe of Jikwoyi, Abuja, was sentenced by Abuja Magistrates’ Court on September 6, 2013, Friday. She was convicted for two months of imprisonment for stealing an IPad, IPhone and more.
The prosecutor told the court that Nancy Ndukwe visited her friend Njoku on the above-mentioned date and stole her IPad, IPhone and jewellery, all valued at N190,000.
Cpl. Anigbo gave the value of each of the items as reported by the complainant: IPad – N100,000; IPhone – N50,000 and jewellery – N40,000.
The prosecutor informed that the police discovered all the stolen items in Nancy Ndukwe possession.
The convict pleaded guilty to the charge but begged the court for mercy.
“I stole the items due to frustration. I have a one-year-old son to cater for. I am sorry and I promise not to do such again,” Nancy Ndukwe confessed.
Mr. Celestine Odo, the Magistrate, sentenced the convict for two months imprisonment or an option of N6,000 fine.

In one of her new music video, I Wish, sexy singer, Waje, has explained the reasons behind her decision to N-DE in the music video.
“It’s a form of art. Music is a language, which involves a lot of expression and to be able to express yourself properly, you have to paint a picture for your viewers to understand. I Wish is the story of a vulnerable woman which was the picture I wanted to paint; a woman heart-broken, helpless and vulnerable. I wanted to draw attention to the plight of heartbroken women. I wanted to be as close as I could to nature for that video hence the unclad scenes,” she disclosed.

SHOCKING:Sean Kingston IN For Alleged Gang R3pe
Sean Kingston and his bodyguard was reportedly to have gang r3ped a drunk teenager in the singer's hotel room back in 2010, according to a new lawsuit -- but Sean says it's B.S.
Carissa Capeloto -- now 22 -- claims she was forced to have $3x with Sean, his bodyguard and a member of Sean's band at a Seattle hotel in July, 2010, after she had smoked pot and downed 7-10 shots of vodka.
Capeloto -- who has sued all 3 men -- alleges she'd been invited to Kingston's hotel room for a meet-and-greet following a Bieber concert -- where Kingston had also performed -- but when she showed up ... Kingston was waiting naked on his bed.
A lady called Capeloto claims the sean kingston bodyguard forced her and placed her on top of Kingston, and all three of the men proceeded to gang r3pe her while she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent."
Capeloto says her friend later entered the room and rescued her. The police were called and Capeloto was taken to the hospital where she says she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.
The criminal charges against Kingston were dropped in 2010 after cops concluded Capeloto wasn't credible enough for a legit case.
Kingston has filed legal docs insisting the $3x was 100% consensual.
Trial is set for November.
