Serena Williams criticised for blaming victim

Serena Williams is heavily criticised  for the remarks she made about the victim of the Steubenville Ohio r3pe case. A 16year old girl who was r3ped by high school student, Trent Mays and Ma'Lik Richmond, who were each sentenced to a year in juvenile jail in March this year.

In an interview she grant Rolling Stone magazine, BELOW is what Serena SAID....

"Do you think it was fair, what they got? (The high school football player) They did something stupid, but I don't know. I'm not blaming the girl, but if you're a 16-year-old and you're drunk like that, your parents should teach you: Don't take drinks from other people. She's 16, why was she that drunk where she doesn't remember? It could have been much worse. She's lucky. Obviously, I don't know, maybe she wasn't a virgin, but she shouldn't have put herself in that position, unless they slipped her something, then that's different."

People were outraged by her remarks and blasted her on social media.

Wizkid Invited By The policemen For Questioning

Pop singer Wizkid and his manger Godwin Tom were invited by the Nigeria Police Force -  Zone 2 Command, Onikan,a student of the university of Lagos report wizkid to the Nigeria police for questioning.

The students said  Wizkid collected N500, 000 from them as full payment for a show that was supposed to hold at UNILAG Sports Centre on May 21st tagged Concert of Life. They claim Wizzy didn't show up for the show and  they went the money returned .

Wizkid was at Zone 2 for some  hours with his team. He was bailed by his lawyer after he wrote a statement and was asked to report back to the station next week.

We reached out to Wizkid's camp but they kept mum on the matter. But someone privy to the case said they believe an impostor collected the money and not Wizkid. Hopefully, Wizkid's camp will eventually release a statement to set the record straight about what really went down.
